Return and Refund Eligibility:
We offer replacements or adjustments under the following conditions:
- File Issues: If the blueprint file is corrupted, unreadable, or not as described, we will provide a corrected version at no extra cost.
- Incorrect File Received: If you receive the wrong blueprint, we will send you the correct one upon verification of purchase.
- Technical Support: If you encounter difficulties accessing or using the file, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Change of Mind: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse.
- Incorrect Purchase: Please ensure you review product details before purchasing. We are not responsible for mistaken orders.
- Customization Requests: Any modifications or custom changes requested after purchase are not eligible for returns.
